These simple instructions will make it easy for you to leave the premises in the same condition that you received it in. We want you to get your full deposit back. Help us keep our premises in perfect original condition and ready for the next event.

• TV

  • Remote is in a clear plastic box in the audio control area - always keep remote in this box after use to avoid losing it

  • TV can be used emotely cast Youtube videos to the TV though a smartphone

  • TV can be used as a remote monitor from a Windows 10/11 device for presentations

• Balloon arch: Use bricks and pavestones in the janitor room to support the arch. Water filled bags can leak and cause damage. After the event, put back balloon arch kit in box with all accessories and place in cabinet

• Audio system: 

  • Turn down master volume to zero

  • Turn on AV switch on wall

  • Turn on main power switch on amplifier

  • Use instructions on amplifier to stream music from your phone through bluetooth

  • Set mic input volume to half and music volume to half, then adjust master volume slowly and test until desired levels are reached -  high volume and popping sounds can damage the system

  • Do not change or remove connections to amplifier

  • Turn off AV system after use
